Laptop Conference Room

Yes, you can convert that dingy conference room into an international broadcast studio! With just a Laptop and Good Internet Connection!  Here’s HOW:

To Start, you need a good laptop as your central nidus.

MUST have a good internet connection, at least 5 to10 Mbs.  You can test it at www.speedtest.net.

All laptops today have an “HDMI Port”, which allows one to connect the laptop to the screen of the audiotorium,

Here is what it looks like in the auditoreum, below

The laptop needs to be connected to the Big Screen in auditorium, to show the Power Point from computer to the audience, as well as connected to the world through www.Neurosurgical.tv, through the platform of  Zoom.us.

A great headset, cheap too, is Cyberacoustics; good microphone and hearing; wired, which can be used in scenarios like this

To connect the laptop to the Auditorium screen, needs to be done through the HDMI Port of the Laptop .

(If you video the screen from an external camera, see the difference HERE)

Laptops made today have an HDMI Port;  Older laptops have the LGA Port, for which you can buy an adpator.
