Next week, we are televising, for Free, one of the biggest Conferences on Skull Base Surgery on the internet.   We have been giving free Neurosurgery Conferences for about 6 years, and feel we have builit a lot of “free goodwill” in the online Neurosurgery community.  And, now, it time to “up our game”, with all the new tech going on, we want the developing world to have free access to it, through Neurosurgical.tv.
