This seminar is an introduction to connectomic anatomy and imaging, and its applications to neurosurgery and neurorehabiliation. 

Connectomics is the use of machine learning to make sense of brain connectivity data, and has enormous potential in improving our understanding of patients with neurologic disease.  

This seminar will cover the following:

• Review the anatomy of the connectome.
• Utilize connectomic software to improve neurosurgical planning.
• Use connectomics to address functional considerations and neurorehabilitation.
